These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aman mobile applications (the Parent App and the Driver App), the Aman administrator dashboard, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Aman Transport IQ LLC ("Aman", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Aman is a technology platform that connects parents, transport drivers, and school transport administrators to coordinate and monitor school transport. Aman helps you organise, verify, and follow school transport arrangements.
Aman is not a transport provider. We do not own or operate vehicles, we do not employ drivers, and we do not provide transport services. Transport is provided by independent drivers under arrangements made directly between drivers, parents, and/or transport operators. Aman provides the software that helps these parties coordinate; it does not supervise, direct, or control the actual transport of any child. Any contract for transport, including any fee, is between you and your driver or transport operator.
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is intended for parents and legal guardians, transport drivers, and authorised administrators. It is not intended to be used by children directly, and children do not hold Aman accounts.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (including any one-time verification codes, Driver ID, or password) and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@amantransportiq.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Aman offers a verification process in which a child's enrollment may be confirmed by their school and/or a driver may vouch for a child before a connection becomes active. Verification is a reasonable-effort process, not a guarantee. It depends on information provided by schools, drivers, and parents, and Aman does not independently guarantee the identity, suitability, licensing, background, or conduct of any driver, parent, or other user. You are responsible for satisfying yourself about any person you choose to connect with through the Service.
Connections between parents and drivers are initiated by parents using a driver's unique ID and are accepted or rejected by the driver. Aman does not select, assign, or recommend drivers on your behalf, except where an administrator suggests a driver as a backstop, which the driver must still accept.

Drivers are solely responsible for holding all licences, permits, insurance, and vehicle safety standards required by law to transport children, and for the safe conduct of every trip.
The Service uses location information — including a home pickup location set by parents and vehicle location during active trips — to provide its core features. By using the Service you consent to this collection and use of location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can control device-level location and notification permissions through your device settings, but disabling them may prevent core features (such as live tracking and alerts) from working.
Alerts and notifications are provided on a best-effort basis and depend on factors outside our control, such as mobile-network and device availability. You should not rely on the Service as the sole means of ensuring a child's safety.
The Aman apps are free to download and use. Aman does not collect, process, hold, or transmit any payment. Any transport fee is an arrangement between you and your driver or transport operator and is paid directly to them outside the Service.
The Service may allow a driver or administrator to record a payment that has already been made offline, so that parents, drivers, and administrators share a common record. Those entries are for reference only. Aman is not a party to the underlying payment, does not verify that it was made, does not hold funds, and is not responsible for any dispute about a fee, a refund, or a recorded entry. Such disputes are between you and your driver or transport operator.
If Aman introduces in-app payments in future, we will update these Terms and give you notice before the change takes effect.
The Service, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and the Aman name and brand, is owned by or licensed to Aman Transport IQ LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
The Service may rely on third-party services, such as mapping and cloud hosting providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third parties' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that location, tracking, or alert information will always be accurate or delivered without delay.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to the paragraph above, Aman and Aman Transport IQ LLC will not be liable for:
Because Aman does not provide transport, we are not responsible for the conduct or safety of any trip. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim and (b) USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aman and Aman Transport IQ LLC, and our officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if necessary to protect the safety of users or the integrity of the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see "Account deletion" below). Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
You may delete your Aman account and associated personal data at any time from Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account in the app, at https://amantransportiq.com/delete-account, or by emailing admin@amantransportiq.com. Deletion is subject to any records we are required to keep by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, for example within the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Aman agree that the state and federal courts located in Montana will have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you are located in order to enforce our rights. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory provision of the law of the country in which you reside.
These additional terms apply when you download the Aman app from the Apple App Store. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Aman Transport IQ LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure of the app to conform to any warranty will be our responsibility, not Apple's. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
